The Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. You will have full accountability for the High Care area of the factory, leading through Shift Managers and Supervisors to deliver operational excellence.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role. You'll be present on the shop floor, close to the operation, driving standards, performance and engagement every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver KPI performance across service, quality and cost
• Improve labour efficiency and reduce waste
• Take ownership of labour and material cost control
• Support NPD launches and product transitions
• Lead, coach and develop a large, multi-layered team
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

About You

You will:

• Bring significant experience within food manufacturing
• Have led large teams in complex, fast-moving operations
• Demonstrate a strong track record of improving performance and efficiency
• Show strong commercial awareness, particularly around labour and cost management
• Lead confidently with a visible, hands-on approach
