About our Position

As an experienced Border Patrol Agent, you will have the opportunity to work in a career ladder position with grade level progression from GL-9 to GS-11 to GS-12.

  • Detection and Interrogation:
    • Inspect documents/possessions for citizenship/violations
  • Prevention and Apprehension:
    • Aliens/smugglers @ borders via covert positions/night operations
  • Tracking and Evidence Analysis:
    • Interpreting tracks/marks/following physical evidence of illegal entry

This role offers salary: $63 148 - $120 145 per year + Locality Pay up to 25% Overtime Pay up to 25%
