Together, you and Gentex can build a career that’s uniquely yours. EDUCATION AND/OR PROFESSIONAL LICENSE(s): Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is required. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in an aerospace/defense or equivalent regulatory contracting environment is required. Strong hands-on knowledge of, and experience with, FAR/ DFAR/CAS/ and export regulations. Ability to negotiate and close on efforts requiring Current Cost or Pricing Data and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (formerly TINA) certification. General knowledge of DOD policies and practices is essential. Working knowledge/familiarity with OTAs Strong knowledge of intellectual property and policies. Experience with agreements to support business development, program management and engineering development teams (ex. NDAs, bailment agreements, etc.). Experience dealing with the US Government, foreign governments, and major industry defense
