You will work as part of our team protecting your community located at various U.S.B.P duty stations across different sectors.


The agency's priority areas are Sierra Blanca,TX & Lordsburg,NM. Locality pay varies based on location.

The Border Patrol Agent Pay Reform Act allows fully trained BPAs for up to an additional 25% of base pay. The career ladder starts GL-9 then GS11/12.
