Federal Border Security Specialist

This is a high-profile position within the federal government requiring individuals to play a vital role in safeguarding the nation's borders. As part of this team, you will be tasked with detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.

Your duties may also involve preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during night operations. Additionally, you will interpret and follow tracks, marks, and other physical evidence related to illegal entry.
