Transformation Project Lead

Shape the future of CPW’s Operations!

We are looking for a practical, collaborative Transformation Lead to support the evolution of CPW’s operational model. This role is suited for someone with experience leading transformation, continuous improvement, or process‑optimization projects within the supply chain environment, ideally in a global or multi‑regional context, but not necessarily at full enterprise scale.

Main Purpose of the Job

Drive the transformation of CPW’s operational model by implementing a harmonized approach across three Centers of Competence, centralizing back-office activities, and enabling end-to-end orchestration through digital innovation and robust change management.

In this position you will:

  • Support the rollout of a harmonized CoC operating model across regions.
  • Lead and coordinate practical transformation and process‑improvement projects in planning, logistics, or operations.
  • Contribute to the implementation of digital tools, automation steps, and data‑driven enhancements.
  • Track project progress, timelines, KPIs, and documentation requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and help teams adopt new ways of working.

Requirements

  • Experience in supply‑chain‑related process improvements or transformation projects (global exposure is a plus).
  • Ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Solid analytical and project‑management skills.
  • Basic understanding of change‑management principles.
  • Strong communication skills and ease in facilitating discussions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or similar.

What will you gain?

  • A global role with exposure to transformation and digital initiatives.
  • Opportunities to run meaningful improvement projects and grow project‑leadership capabilities.
  • Development in stakeholder management and operational excellence.
  • A supportive international environment encouraging collaboration and hands‑on problem solving.
  • Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
