*2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer (MSP Experience Required)*

We are expanding and on the lookout for a skilled and experienced 2nd to 3rd line engineer with deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, and MSP-standard support environments. *What You'll Do*
* Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, compliance, DLP, and Intune
* Manage deployment, configuration, and support of Windows and macOS environments using Intune and Jamf
* Handle email migrations (cloud-to-cloud, on-prem to cloud, hybrid)
* Manage and troubleshoot networking hardware – Cisco Meraki, HP Aruba, Ubiquiti, SonicWall
* Lead infrastructure projects from planning through to deployment
* Monitor, maintain, and document client environments using Kaseya (Datto RMM, SaaS Protection, RocketCyber), Autotask, and IT Glue
* Contribute to improving internal processes and delivering excellent client communication
* Assist with server, backup, security, and firewall configuration and monitoring
* Onsite visits to clients for deploying new kit and resolving issues.
* Work with VC equipment.

* *Endpoint Management:* Intune, Jamf, Entra ID, Endpoint Manager
* *Networking:* VLANs, Cisco Meraki, HP Aruba, Ubiquiti, SonicWall
* *Other Tools:* Autotask, Datto RMM, IT Glue, Overdrive, Dropbox Business
* *Bonus Experience:* Linux, Autodesk ShotGrid, Houdini, Flix
*About You*
* Minimum *3 years of experience in an MSP environment*
* Comfortable independently managing Microsoft 365 environments end-to-end
* Confident communicator with experience supporting diverse client users including VIPs
* Able to lead projects, take ownership of problems, and deliver resolutions efficiently
* Positive, adaptable, and collaborative – thrives in a fast-moving, team-first culture
* Familiarity with email migrations and hybrid environments (on-prem & Azure AD sync)
