What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accountability for resident outcomes, staff supervision, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
