AUFGABEN
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using Microsoft
  • Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot Studio and related technologies
  • Use the latest technologies, i.e. AI Agents to build relevant solutions
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Conduct process mining and optimization to maximize automation efficiency
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Perform testing and quality assurance of automated processes
  • Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions
QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents), Azure and Copilot Studio
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience in developing and delivering technical training content
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in change-management, coaching and digital transformation initiatives is a plus
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
