As an Operating Room RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering care to patients undergoing operative or other invasive procedures. Your responsibilities will include addressing the psychological and socio-cultural needs of surgical patients and their support persons. From the moment a patient is informed of their need for a procedure to their return to usual roles and responsibilities, your expertise will guide them through the process.

• Provide comprehensive care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient environment
• Educate patients and their support persons about the surgical process and post-operative care
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
