Due to a growing patient base, Mast Audiology is looking for an Audiologist that has a passion for providing exceptional patient care to join our team! As an Audiologist with us, you will conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing tests, provide hearing aid consultations, perform hearing aid fittings, and offer ongoing support and maintenance for hearing aids. You will also work directly with our Patient Care Coordinator and our Audiology Assistant to ensure that all patients and their loved ones receive an individualized experience that is specific to their needs.
Additionally, we are a younger team that prides ourselves on maintaining a good company culture that values each team member. Our close-knit staff thrives in a collaborative, respectful environment, and we are deeply committed to serving our local community. Plus, we have a 1-hour lunch break scheduled so you can recharge during your workday and our location experiences minimal traffic, making your commute stress-free! *Key Responsibilities*
· Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing tests.
· Perform hearing aid consultations and fittings.
· Provide cerumen (ear wax) removal services.
· Offer ongoing hearing aid maintenance and care.
· Educate patients and their families about hearing loss and available treatment options.
· Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
· Stay current with the latest advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology.
· Soon to be expanding into BAHA and osseointegrated device services!
*Requirements*
· Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology.
· State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure in Delaware.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
