Previous hotel experience required (Front Desk, Reservations, or Sales preferred). Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (PEP). Strong understanding of revenue management basics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. Schedule
