To enhance our team in Aschaffenburg, we are looking for an
Manager Process Optimization (all genders)
- Responsible for leading and developing the EMEA experts team focused on intralogistics process improvement, and WMS system excellence.
- Driving the analysis, standardization, and digital transformation of intralogistics across the plants in EMEA region, ensuring sustainable performance and alignment with Joyson's operational and leadership standards.
- Responsibility for the EMEA processes in the field of intralogistics areas (warehousing, goods receipt, dispatch, material handling)
- Lead and support interdisciplinary projects in collaboration with Plant SCM, Production, Quality, IT, Continuous Improvement and Purchasing department.
- Establish and maintain standardized processes, KPIs, and best practices across plants in EMEA region.
- Conduct workshops trainings and audits to ensure sustainability of implemented processes
- Drive the the strategy for equipment and software standardization and align the procurement strategy with IMS purchasing
- Lead and implement the automation and digitalization initiative within EMEA region
- Continuously screen the market for new technologies, trends, and innovations in logistics and assess their feasibility and potential for implementation within the organization
- Completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field with a focus on Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally in a leadership position
- Strong knowledge of shopfloor logistics and warehousing processes and proven experience in logistics systems and automation
- Experience in multi project management
- Business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing employees and leading cross-functional teams commitment, results orientation, and a structured working style
- Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills
