Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance operations, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams, customers, and vendors.
- Showcase proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support roles within corporate or office environments. They should also possess knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and general maintenance terminology.
