Valgroup is hiring a Day Shift Operator Assistant to support our manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio .

What you will do:
- Train to operate a NEW Production Line
- Work 7:30 am to 7:30 pm on a 12-HR 2-2-3 Schedule
- This shift allows multiple weekdays and every other weekend off
- Train to become a Skilled Machine Operator
- Learn Recycle machine operations
- Pull and weigh materials
- Learn line start-up and troubleshooting
- Learn to Operate Forklift
- Assist other projects and work as needed
- Mechanical ability and problem solving
- Safe work behaviors and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Starting Pay of $23.00 per hour
- +.50 pay increase at 6 months
