As a Window Service Technician , you will be responsible for completing window and door repairs that are under warranty.
Responsibilities:
Field Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to our valued customers by performing on-site repairs and maintenance.
Detailed Documentation: Ensure accurate and thorough notes are entered into service tickets.
Parts Management: Inspect, gather, and manage service parts inventory.
Timely Ticket Closure: Close out service tickets promptly and efficiently.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive for an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 85% or higher.
Inventory Management: Perform inventory checks and maintain stock levels.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing windows and doors.
Attention to Detail: Accurate record-keeping and thorough documentation.
Customer-Centric: A commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
