Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Organize and maintain legal files, records, and documentation.
Conduct due diligence and background checks as required.
Support compliance initiatives and regulatory filings.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on legal matters.
Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for legal cases and projects.
Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
Assist with corporate governance and company secretarial duties.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role.
Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures.
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and legal research tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Paralegal certification or equivalent.
Experience in corporate, commercial, or employment law.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Compensation:
Part-time Role
$4–$6 per hour (based on experience)
