I am building a fully autonomous voice AI system for lead qualification and appointment booking, and I need an expert who knows exactly how to connect the backend plumbing.
The Tech Stack:
Voice: Vapi
Telephony: Twilio
Automation: or n8n
CRM: GoHighLevel (GHL) or HubSpot
I just need the basic foundation connected to prove you know this stack:
Connect Twilio to Vapi for inbound/outbound calls.
Set up a basic webhook in to catch the end-of-call JSON payload from Vapi.
Parse that data to create/update a dummy contact in GHL/HubSpot and paste the call summary in the notes.
No complex prompt engineering or calendar syncing is needed for this first milestone—just the basic data routing. If you have done this before, it should be a fast copy-paste job for you.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
