This is a sales-focused role. You will be responsible for building relationships with members, driving revenue through conversation, and maximizing average spend per customer using our internal CRM tools. Strong written English and a proven background in online sales or chat-based customer service is required.
Responsibilities
-Manage real-time inbound messaging across multiple influencer accounts
-Convert conversations into sales through relationship-based communication
-Use our CRM platform to track, label, and prioritize high-value customers
-Execute targeted messaging campaigns to re-engage inactive members
-Maintain consistent brand voice across all accounts
Requirements
-Minimum 6 months experience in chat-based sales or online customer service
-Proven track record of hitting revenue targets — performance proof required
-Fully fluent in English with zero tolerance for grammar errors
-Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
-Reliable internet and a distraction-free work environment
Schedule & Compensation
-Two shifts available — details provided by private messaging me
-Starting rate: $3.00 USD/hour for 30 days probationary period (managing 2 small influencer accounts) - re-negotiation upon completion of 30 day probationary period, with sales commissions.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
