You will work directly with the Head of Strategy, executing on their ideas and keeping initiatives on track. You'll sit between business and engineering, turning high-level direction into clear technical plans and ensuring what ships actually makes sense.
This is a part-time role.
What You'll Own:
Translate strategic objectives into structured technical requirements
Break down initiatives into clear, actionable tasks
Run 2-week sprints and ensure delivery stays on track
Write strong user stories and acceptance criteria
Identify edge cases early
QA features before release
Push back on vague ideas and scope creep
Flag risks early and propose solutions
Help set up tracking, link structures, and offer rotations for campaigns
Ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, UTM structures, and performance attribution
What You Must Have:
Strong experience in software development environments
Proven E-commerce experience
Experience setting up tracking, funnels, links, and campaign rotations
Comfortable working directly with engineers
Clear understanding of APIs, databases, frontend vs backend
Experience with Agile/Scrum
Ability to think in systems, not just tasks
Strong product instincts
Bonus:
SaaS or startup experience
Experience acting as a Product Manager or Associate PM
This role requires ownership. We want someone who thinks, decides, and drives execution. If you need constant direction, this is not the role for you.
