Required Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting for software development or technical roles
- Strong understanding of modern software development stacks, frameworks, and engineering workflows
- Demonstrated ability to source passive technical candidates
- Experience screening and evaluating technical talent
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 10 hours per week.
