We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Business Development Representative to help expand our local referral network. This role focuses on building professional relationships with property managers, plumbers, insurance agents, and other local partners to generate qualified appointments for our team.
This is not product sales. Your primary responsibility will be outreach, relationship development, and setting in-person or virtual meetings that lead to long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate communicates clearly and confidently, is comfortable speaking with decision-makers, and is organized with follow-up. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism are essential.
Compensation includes base pay plus commission, with strong performers having the opportunity to significantly increase — and even double — their income based on results. Paid Time Off (PTO) is included, along with long-term growth opportunities within the company.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
