We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and establish a scalable outreach engine. This role is responsible for both generating opportunities and implementing the systems that ensure consistent pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, metrics-driven, and experienced in modern outbound and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
*Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
*Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
*Secure discovery calls and partnership conversations
*Develop and refine outreach messaging and sequences
*Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
*Track performance metrics and optimize conversion rates
*Collaborate with leadership on growth priorities and market positioning
Required Tools Experience
*Candidates should be comfortable working with and, ideally, setting up:
*CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
*Prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
*Email sequencing platforms (Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or similar)
*Spreadsheet and reporting tools (Excel or Google Sheets)
*Basic automation tools such as Zapier (preferred)
Ideal Candidate
*Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales
*Strong written and verbal English communication skills
*Highly process-oriented and data-driven
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
*Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability
*Experience building or improving outbound systems is a strong plus
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
