Your roleAs an EBS Functional Analyst you will:
- Gather and document business requirements with process owners and translate needs into clear functional specifications.
- Configure standard Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) functionality across modules, with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C) cycle (Accounts Receivable, Billing / Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Management).
- Build and execute test plans and scripts for patches and minor enhancements.
- Provide functional support for medium to complex production issues, analyse logs and data, raise and track Oracle SRs when needed, and ensure timely resolution and communication., including diagnosing issues that span multiple modules and processes.
- Maintain project and system documentation e.g. BR100, MD50, configuration workbooks.
- Data validation and reconciliation support.
- Cross-functional collaboration and user enablement, liaising with developers, DBAs, and SMEs and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Guide and support other colleagues by sharing knowledge, reviewing approaches to complex tickets where needed, and helping raise overall quality and consistency of resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on functional experience working with Oracle E Business Suite R12 within the Order to Cash (O2C) process area.
- Hands‑on experience with system configuration and testing.
- Strong functional expertise in at least one major O2C modules, with working knowledge across all (Project Billing, Project Costing, and Project Management, Accounts Receivable).
- Solid working knowledge of core Oracle EBS modules, including understanding functional flows and configurations in modules.
- Ability to gather and document functional requirements, by collaborating with business users and translating needs into functional specifications.
- Functional troubleshooting and support capability on medium to complex functional problems.
- Proficiency with documentation and change management practices.
- Applies appropriate decision‑making authority to take ownership of outcomes and deliver effective end‑to‑end solutions.
- Cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical developers to ensure accurate delivery of solutions.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for troubleshooting (log analysis, data validation, interface monitoring).
- Fluent French and English required. *
* Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
