This position can be located in any of our Canadian offices, with preference for our BC and AB locations.

Guide multidisciplinary coordination to support cost control, scheduling, procurement, reporting, and construction support activities.
Develop feasibility studies, technical reports, and conceptual design packages.
Review, stamp, and approve drawings and documents while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements.
Specify equipment from first principles and apply simulation tools and internal engineering models.
Mentor and coach junior engineers and designers, building a collaborative learning environment.
Manage scope, schedule, change control, and deliverables in alignment with project execution plans.
Uphold and promote corporate and client procedures, contributing to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Provide senior support on negotiation of critical engineering issues and contribute to proposal development.
The Skills That Set You Apart
University degree in Electrical Engineering and active P.Eng registration within your province of practice.
At least 10+ years of EPCM electrical engineering experience within the energy and power generation sectors.
Proven success in a Lead Engineer capacity, guiding teams through complex project execution.
Strong technical depth across electrical systems design, field operations, and engineering analysis tools.
Ability to independently manage projects, drive outcomes, and support multi‑discipline collaboration.
A passion for developing others and contributing to a high‑performance engineering culture.
