Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Oakville, ON. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental and storage needs, delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. This role also encompasses providing product knowledge, managing transactions, handling equipment requests, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment at the U-Haul location.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Strong ability in Customer Experience management and building positive relationships with clients
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail
Teamwork-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Flexibility to work weekends and holiday shifts as required
Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
