Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction and renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing project schedules and budgets, supervising teams, and liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Management
Proven skills in Project Coordination, including the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and resources effectively
Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight to ensure projects stay within financial constraints
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in construction software and tools is an asset
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the Greater Toronto Area
Previous experience in residential or commercial construction projects is an advantage
