We are currently seeking a Service Associate to join our team in Toronto working with a team of Investment and Wealth Advisors at CI Wealth. The Service Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating account management and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
What You Bring
A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services industry with a focus on operations and client's services.
Post-secondary education.
Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with DocuSign, and Salesforce is a plus.
Strong analytical, administrative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Proven ability to collaborate well in a team environment and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines.
What You Will Do
Accurately process daily mutual fund, stock, and bond trades.
Prepare paperwork for investment purchases, redemptions, switches, and in-kind transfers.
Manage and maintain filing systems.
Update and maintain non financial requests.
Liaise with Assante back office on transfers, administration issues, and maintenance tasks.
Assist with coordinating digital marketing.
This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
