The typical hiring range for this position is $65- $70K per year and is specific to candidates in this location. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you'll have room to grow after you join

Operations Manager Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be required to interface and coordinate with GardaWorld support staff, including recruiting, pay & bill, scheduling, and field staff on a regular basis and in a professional in manner per standards at all times
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction
Lead Embedded Managers, Supervisors, and frontline security staff across multiple locations
Oversee daily operations and ensure 24/7 service delivery through coordination with the Control Centre
Understand the CBA protocols and procedures, H&S and Business Management manuals
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Manage the impact of billiable and non billable overtime, employee removals and development and career pathing for frontline workers
Manage departmental growth, retention and turnover reduction
Monitor key performance indicators such as open shifts, sub usage, and overtime
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Billing teams to maintain seamless operations
Support business growth by identifying service opportunities and working with our Business Development team
Operations Manager Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in operations or client management
Experience in Security Services, Fleet Services or Account Management
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication verbal and written and client presentation abilities
Highly organized, time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Excellent English communications skills
French communication skills an asset
