Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) – North America Market

Position Overview
Zinade Tech Corp is hiring a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our North American sales team.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in international B2B sales. You will focus on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking meetings with decision-makers in the U.S. and Canada.
Strong English communication skills are required, as you will be interacting daily with North American executives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients in the North American market
Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
Qualify inbound and outbound leads
Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
Pipeline Support
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Track outreach activity and follow-ups
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
Collaboration
Work closely with Account Executives to refine targeting strategy
Provide feedback on messaging and market response
Participate in sales training and coaching sessions
Requirements
Required Qualifications
0–2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level minimum – verbal and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM platforms
Background in tech, SaaS, or digital services
Desire to grow into an Account Executive role

Number of outbound calls/emails per day
Qualified meetings booked per month
Pipeline contribution
Conversion rate from lead to opportunity
