Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Marmora, ON. The Customer Service Representative will ensure excellent service by addressing customers' needs, providing product information, and maintaining a friendly checkout experience. Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, restocking merchandise, ensuring store cleanliness, and assisting with any customer inquiries or concerns. The representative will embody Circle K's commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and positive experiences.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in providing excellent Customer Experience and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions
Previous experience in retail or a customer service role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
