We already have a live app. The first objective is to audit the current architecture, UX and performance, and provide a clear recommendation: optimize the existing app or rebuild a cleaner, more scalable version.
If a rebuild is recommended, the new solution must support:
• iOS
• Android
• Web version
The final product must be simple, intuitive, fast and user friendly. We are not looking for unnecessary complexity. We value clean architecture, scalability and strong UX thinking.
AI assisted development is mandatory. We expect you to actively use tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot or similar to improve speed and reduce cost. Please explain in your proposal how AI is part of your daily workflow.
Scope includes:
• Technical audit of existing app
• Clear recommendation document
• Architecture proposal
• Cross platform development if approved
• API integrations and backend setup

We are looking for someone practical, efficient and solution oriented.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Android, iOS, Mobile App Development, App deployment, App Store, Play Store, Web hosting, Cross platform architecture mastery, ability to build one scalable codebase for iOS, Android and Web., Proven daily use of AI coding assistants to accelerate development and reduce cost, not occasional use., Ability to design simple, frictionless user flows that feel intuitive without explanation., Capability to objectively decide rebuild vs refactor based on scalability, cost and long term maintainability., Ability to clearly justify technical decisions in business terms, cost, speed and ROI., iOS Development
