We operate a multi market Meta setup, where each geo has its own ad account and dedicated storefront.
We are looking for a hands-on Meta Media Buyer who enjoys testing, optimizing and scaling campaigns that drive real profit.
If you like working with data, developing new creative angles and scaling what performs, this role could be a strong fit.

The Role
You will manage multiple Meta ad accounts across different geos and work closely with our creative and CRO team.
Each market runs independently, which allows for structured testing, localized scaling and clear performance tracking.
This is a high ownership role. Your decisions directly impact revenue and profit.
You will not just manage ads. You will help shape testing strategy, creative direction and scaling structure.

• Manage Meta campaigns across multiple geos
• Run structured creative testing and scaling frameworks
• Develop new hooks and concepts based on live performance data
• Use AI tools to generate and iterate ad variations
• Collaborate with video editors and landing page specialists
• Share insights and learnings with the team

• You have hands-on experience running Meta Ads for ecommerce brands
• You understand how ad performance connects to landing page conversion
• You enjoy testing creatives and improving angles
• You stay updated on what is working in ecommerce
• You prefer owning results rather than just executing tasks
This role is intended for an individual operator.
If you run a larger agency team, this is likely not the right fit.

Compensation
• Paid trial phase of at least one month
• After trial, base compensation plus performance bonuses
• Compensation grows with the profit you help generate

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
