Your primary goal is to ensure our hiring process remains efficient, organized, and responsive.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Set up and launch provided job descriptions within the Indeed portal.
Applicant Management: Monitor incoming applications daily and sort them based on our specific hiring criteria.
Data Organization: Export candidate information and resumes into our internal tracking spreadsheets or systems.
Status Updates: Ensure candidates are moved through the appropriate stages of the hiring funnel to maintain a high "responsive" rating.
Requirements:
Indeed Proficiency: You have direct experience using Indeed's employer tools and applicant management features.
Extreme Organization: You can handle high volumes of data without letting candidates slip through the cracks.
Reliability: This is an ongoing project. We need partners who can commit to consistent daily check-ins.
Data Integrity: You respect candidate privacy and handle all personal information with professional discretion.
