We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help verify and clean contact information in our CRM.
Your main responsibility will be identifying incorrect or disconnected phone numbers, researching accurate replacements, and updating our CRM system accordingly.
Responsibilities:
Review contact lists and identify wrong or invalid phone numbers.
Research and find correct phone numbers.
Accurately update and maintain our CRM.
Assist with other detail-focused administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail (this is a must).
Fluent in French and English.
Comfortable with online research.
Experience with CRM systems is an asset.
Able to work independently and stay organized.
Hours & Rate:
$7 USD per hour.
Flexible schedule (no fixed hours).
10–20 hours per week expected availability.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Languages: French. You are expected to have a fluent level of English.
