This is not a marketing or creative role. You will not be writing copy, creating campaigns, or making strategic decisions. Your job is execution only — following clear instructions inside GoHighLevel.
What you'll be responsible for
Uploading contact lists into GoHighLevel (Excel/CSV)
Applying tags, custom fields, and pipeline stages
Sending pre-approved SMS/email campaigns exactly as instructed
Scheduling campaigns or broadcasts in GHL
Monitoring basic delivery status (sent, failed, replied)
Keeping pipelines, calendars, and contacts organized
Flagging issues or errors (nothing sent without approval)
What you will NOT be responsible for
Writing SMS or email copy
Deciding who to target or when to send
Managing social media
Running ads or marketing strategy
Talking to customers
All copy, timing, and targeting decisions will be provided.
Tools & Experience
GoHighLevel experience is required
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to follow instructions exactly
Clear communication and honesty matter more than speed
Workload & Budget
Part-time (estimated 2–4 hours per week)
Ongoing / long-term role
Monthly budget: $200
Flexible schedule, but must be responsive
