Creative Video Editor Needed for Engaging Content

We are looking for a creative Video Editor to join our team for a long-term collaboration. We are promoting our AI app and need an editor who we can build a steady partnership with.
Important note on workload: We will start with a small batch of videos (1-3 videos) as a trial to see if our working styles match. If things go well, our goal is to provide a consistent, regular flow of work.
What you will be doing:
- Editing Short-Form Content: You will edit UGC (User Generated Content) and "Founder-speaking" videos for social media (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) to promote our app.
- Creating an "AI-Vibe": The edits need to resonate with the AI and tech space. Think modern, clean, futuristic aesthetics, dynamic text animations, and matching sound effects.
- Working with our Copy: We target the Dutch market, but **you do not need to speak Dutch**. We will provide all the exact text, scripts, and instructions for you to add to the videos.
What we are looking for:
- Fast Turnaround Time: Delivery speed is crucial for us. We need someone who can work efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
- A Good Eye for Retention: You know how to use jump cuts, b-roll, pacing, and sound design to keep the viewer watching.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
