We are a boutique commercial real estate brokerage based in Singapore, specializing in premium office space for lease in Grade A and luxury developments. Our clients are typically C-suite executives, business owners, and corporate decision-makers.
We are currently facing a common but frustrating challenge: our Google Ads campaign has plateaued and is no longer performing. We have two professionally designed, dedicated landing pages. The campaign showed initial promise, but it has lost traction. Our current manager seems to be out of ideas, and we are essentially burning budget with no meaningful results.
We are not looking for a "button pusher." We are looking for a Google Ads architect and problem-solver who can audit our current setup, diagnose why the momentum has stalled, and implement a fresh, data-driven strategy to revive this campaign.
Our Ideal Candidate
You have a proven track record in high-consideration, B2B service industries (Real Estate, Finance, Legal, or High-End Consulting). You understand that leasing premium office space isn't like selling retail products—it's about lead quality, authority, and trust, not just raw clicks.
The Mission (What needs to be done)
Deep-Dive Audit: Conduct a comprehensive audit of our current campaign structure, keywords, ad copy, audience targeting, and landing page conversion paths. Tell us what is broken and what is missing.
Revive the Strategy: Propose a new hypothesis for why we aren't converting. This might involve overhauling keyword intent (e.g., targeting "prestige office address" vs. just "office for rent"), adjusting bid strategies, or restructuring ad groups.
Landing Page & Funnel Analysis: Review our existing landing pages and provide actionable feedback. Is it the traffic quality? Or is it the page itself? We need someone who can bridge the gap between the ad click and the conversion.
Implementation & Management: Take full ownership of the account. Implement the new strategy, manage the budget effectively, and perform rigorous A/B testing on ad copy and extensions.
Transparent Reporting: Provide clear, concise weekly updates. We don't just want a spreadsheet of numbers; we want insights. "Here is what we tested, here is what the data is telling us, and here is our next move."
Requirements to Apply
Proven Experience: You must have demonstrable experience managing B2B Google Ads campaigns with high ticket items. Please include links to case studies or examples of campaigns you have successfully turned around.
Analytical Mindset: You can look at a stalled campaign and identify whether the issue is the offer, the audience, the keyword match type, or the landing page experience.
Understanding of the Market: Familiarity with the Singapore market or similar Asian metropolitan markets (Hong Kong, Tokyo, etc.) is a significant plus.
Communication: You are fluent in English and can communicate complex data in a simple, strategic way to a non-technical audience.
