We are now looking for a graphic designer with strong paid ads experience, ideally with video editing capabilities, to support ongoing client campaigns.
What We Need
We are hiring a designer who understands:
Performance marketing creative (not just "pretty design")
Direct response principles
Ad structure for Meta & paid social
Ecommerce retail messaging
Hooks, angles, and scroll-stopping visuals
You will be creating:
Static Ads
1080x1080 and 1080x1920 creatives
Offer-driven ads
UGC-style static overlays
Before/after concepts
Product-focused creatives
Retail promotional ads
Video Ads (Optional but Highly Preferred)
Editing UGC videos (25–45 sec)
Adding captions and hooks
Short-form paid social edits
Performance-optimised ad variations
Basic motion graphics for ad creatives
Who This Is For
You're a good fit if:
You've designed ads for ecommerce brands before
You understand CTR, CPA, and conversion rates
You can create creatives based on a brief + performance data
You can produce multiple variations quickly
You're comfortable iterating based on results
Bonus points if you:
Have worked with DTC brands
Understand UGC frameworks
Have experience in beauty, wellness, food, or retail
Can suggest creative angles, not just execute
Deliverables
10–20 creatives per month per brand (static + video variations)
Fast turnaround (48–72 hours preferred)
Editable files
Organised file management
Ability to follow brand guidelines

Your monthly availability
Your rate (per creative or monthly retainer)
Applications without ad examples will not be considered.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Video Commercial, Video Editing, Adobe Photoshop, Graphic Design, Social Media Imagery, Advertising Design, Banner Ad Design
