This is a long-term freelance opportunity for someone organized, trend-aware, and comfortable working behind the scenes to keep content moving.
Scope of Work
1. Short-Form Video Editing
- Edit Instagram Reels & TikToks (primarily in CapCut)
- Add engaging hooks, captions, and trending audio
- Follow brand guidelines (clean, modern, elevated aesthetic)
- Repurpose longer footage into multiple short clips
- Deliver content on schedule in correct formats
2. Influencer Outreach & Management
- Research beauty/wellness influencers
- Send outreach emails
- Track progress in spreadsheets
- Follow up on deliverables
- Organize UGC in Google Drive
- Ensure posting requirements are met
Requirements
- Proven experience editing short-form content
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends
- Organized and deadline-driven
- Clear written communication
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or med spa brands preferred
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience working with multiple brand accounts
Project Details
- Ongoing work (20 hours/week)
- Remote
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
