Hey there We're on the lookout for a super organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to help us out with daily tasks and keep things running smoothly. It's a fast-paced gig with plenty of ongoing work.
Here's what you'll be doing (and there might be a few other things too):
- Doing some shopping for the best prices and making simple comparisons
- Putting together documents in both English and Spanish
- Chatting with vendors about technical stuff and representing our company in a professional way
- Keeping an eye on expenses and money spent
- Creating easy reports from WhatsApp voice notes and messages
- Staying on top of truck documents and paperwork
- Tackling various small tasks as they pop up (you'll need to be flexible and organized)
**Future Opportunity:**
There's a chance you might also help out with managing our social media down the line
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Email Communication, Communications, Virtual Assistance, Castilian Spanish, Customer Service, Basic bookkeeping or expense tracking, Social media management (for future tasks), Experience working with vendors, Executive Support, Administrative Support, Data Entry, Scheduling
