Our client in the Oil and Gas sector is looking for a Document Controller in Calgary
Total Rewards
$ $55.00 hourly
Pay Rate Range T4 Between $45/hr -$47/hr and for IC range between $50/hr - $55/hr
Calgary downtown office
Office environment (Monday to Friday) - 40 hours per week
1 year contract
A Typical Day
Coordinates and provides guidance related to Document Control action items, to ensure completion in line with OEMS (Operational Excellence) management system
Leads in the preparation of routine and scheduled complex reporting
Leads document loads into ALIM (Asset Lifecycle Information Management) system
Interfaces with other team members, cross-functional teams, and engineering firms, to ensure Document Management standards, procedures and protocols are followed
Resolves complex and critical document management challenges during all phases of the project, in conjunction with key stakeholders
Makes decisions and recommendations within authorized limits prescribed by supervisor or policy
Successful Candidates Will Have
3-5 years of related experience in Document Control, Operations Support, or Projects
Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance. A certificate in Information and Records Management would be an asset.
A strong understanding of ALIM (Asset Lifecycle Information Management), or alternative document control databases
Advanced skills within MS Office suite applications, PowerBI, and Adobe
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and organizational skills
