Position: Experienced STEM or Humanities Educator
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$55/hour
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week with potential to expand to up to 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
Review complex educational content for alignment with pedagogical principles and methodologies.
Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated educational tasks and solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Licensed teacher or professor in the United States or internationally.
3+ years of full-time teaching experience.
Bachelor's degree in education or a STEM subject area.
Experience designing and delivering rigorous, standards-aligned instruction.
Strong written communication skills and a passion for education.
Preferred
Public or private school teachers actively teaching STEM or Humanities subjects.
Department heads or instructional coaches in STEM or Humanities areas.
Former teachers recently transitioned from the classroom with continued ties to education.
Start Date
Immediate; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
