What You Will Be Doing
Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to ensure exceptional satisfaction
Proudly promote hotel services, amenities, and loyalty programs, enhancing the guest experience and driving engagement
Accurately process reservations, room assignments, billing, and payments
Collaborate closely with Guest Services, Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and folios in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
Adhere to brand standards, safety guidelines, and data privacy requirements

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment is an asset, with a strong understanding of personalized service standards and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using hotel systems (Opera or similar PMS experience an asset)
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
