This job is NOT for full system design or refrigeration cycle engineering.
At this stage, we are seeking a System Layout / Integration Engineer to perform a feasibility-level internal configuration study for a cubic AWG enclosure (90 x 90 x 90 cm).
The objective of this task is to determine how the primary AWG components should be spatially arranged inside the enclosure for functional operation and maintainability.
Scope of Work:
• Define internal placement strategy for:
Compressor
Condenser coil
Evaporator coil
Air intake fans
Blower
Water storage tank
Filtration system
UV sterilization module
Electrical control box
• Create:
Component zoning diagram (hot vs cold compartment separation)
Airflow path concept (intake → condensation → exhaust)
Drainage routing logic
Maintenance access considerations
Vibration isolation logic
Preliminary serviceability layout
Deliverables:
Functional Block Layout (2D)
Component Zoning Diagram
Airflow Path Concept Diagram
Maintenance Access Layout
Preliminary Assembly Logic Description (PDF)
Important:
No CFD simulation, thermodynamic modelling, or refrigeration cycle design is required at this phase.
This is a layout-level system architecture study only.
Project Information:
• Target Output: 60 L/day
• Enclosure Size: 90x90x90 cm
• Application: Outdoor modular kiosk
• Climate: Mediterranean coastal (35–38°C peak summer)
Estimated Effort: 6–8 hours
Budget: 200–300 USD
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
