We are a growing digital agency expanding into a more creative, design-led direction. As part of this growth, we are building a dedicated Webflow offering focused on visually striking, modern, and impactful websites that stand out.
We are looking for an experienced Webflow Designer & Developer who combines strong creative thinking with solid technical execution inside Webflow.
This is a design-first, performance-aware, low-maintenance approach built primarily on Webflow.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We want to create bold, modern websites with strong visual identity, smooth interactions, clean structure, and minimal long-term maintenance.
You will play a key role in shaping this creative direction as we scale the service.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You should:
• Be an independent freelancer. We prefer working directly with individuals rather than agencies
• Have strong spoken and written English
• Be confident communicating ideas, feedback, and design reasoning
• Design and build fully custom websites in Webflow
• Have strong experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, animations, and responsive optimisation
• Understand how to balance creativity with performance and usability
• Be confident advising on structure, layout, branding, and UX
• Build from a business brief, not just templates
• Fully customise any starting framework to match brand identity and creative direction
• Provide multiple high-quality portfolio examples of modern, visually bold work
PROJECT & ENGAGEMENT DETAILS
• Ongoing, regular work for the right designer
• Long-term opportunity as we scale this service
• We are looking to work with 2 to 3 Webflow specialists
• Flexible pricing depending on quality, speed, and experience
