We are a lead generation and growth marketing firm that runs paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients across professional services.
This role is focused on handling inbound leads at the moment, but could evolve into cold calling. You will be the first human touchpoint after someone responds to an ad or fills out a form. Your job is to understand who they are, ask a short set of predefined qualification questions, and book qualified prospects onto a sales call.
This is not a hard-selling role. It is a conversation, clarity, and judgment role.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound inquires calls generated from paid advertising campaigns
Call back inbound leads who submit website forms in a timely manner
Ask predefined qualification questions to determine fit
Explain next steps clearly and book qualified prospects onto sales calls
Update and tag lead information accurately in the CRM
Maintain a professional, calm, and personable tone on all calls
Identify red flags, mismatches, or poor-fit leads and route them appropriately
What You'll Do
Lead Follow-Up: Contact prospects who have downloaded our Ultimate Lead Generation Playbook and other lead magnets via phone and email
Discovery & Qualification: Conduct conversational discovery calls to understand prospects' business models, growth goals, current challenges, and budget capacity
Appointment Setting: Book qualified prospects onto proposal/discovery calls with our sales team
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in GoHighLevel, update pipeline stages, and document key insights from each conversation
Briefing Sales Team: Provide clear, concise notes on qualified prospects including pain points, business details, and opportunity assessment
What we're looking for:
Clear, confident spoken English
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers
Personable, conversational, and professional on the phone
Strong situational awareness and ability to read between the lines
Good judgment and common sense when qualifying leads
Organized and reliable with follow-up and call handling
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple inbound conversations
Success in this role looks like inbound calls being answered promptly and professionally, qualified prospects being booked cleanly onto the calendar, unqualified or poor-fit leads being filtered out early, and clients trusting the quality of the meetings being booked.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
