We don't typically build websites in-house, but a client has approached us to lead a full website redesign and implementation. We're looking for the right specialist to collaborate with us and bring this to life at a high standard.
Project Overview
The client is a hospitality group with multiple venues (restaurants/cafés/bars). There is 4 in total
The structure will be:
One main domain (group website)
Individual subpages for each venue
Each venue page should feel like its own mini-website within the main domain
Reference structure: group website with subpages for each restaurant. However, we are not copying the design. We are looking for a significantly stronger brand presence and cleaner execution.
What We Need
We're looking for someone who can:
Design and build on Squarespace
Create a clean, premium hospitality aesthetic
Structure multiple venue pages under one domain
Ensure each venue page includes:
Booking integration
Events functionality
Menu display
Gallery
Google Maps integration
Strong mobile responsiveness
SEO-ready structure
Proper Google data / structured setup
Each venue page should feel like a standalone experience while remaining part of the group ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate
Has worked with cafés, restaurants, bars, or hospitality brands before
Strong eye for layout, spacing, and premium design
Understands conversion and user flow
Comfortable advising on best practice, not just executing
Can collaborate with an agency structure
Reliable communicator
Scope
Full redesign of the group website
Creation of multiple venue subpages
Squarespace implementation
SEO-ready structure
Clean backend setup for client usability
We are currently preparing the proposal, so we're looking for someone who can:
Provide estimated timelines
Rough pricing guidance
Portfolio examples (especially hospitality)

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
