Successful, thriving multi-lines Insurance Agency is seeking self-motivated professionals to fill Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative position.
We have a need for a Full time hrs a week) Customer Service Representative.
* Candidate will work closely with Agency Manager in various tasks as well as maintain and grow the relationship with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
-Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
-Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
-Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements:
