The team at Ambrosi Place Dental Care located in Kelowna BC are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant on a full-time basis. 

The ideal Dental Administrator/ Administrative Assistant for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

  • Extended health benefits after 3 consecutive months of employment

    • SCHEDULE:

  • 34-40 Hours/ week
  • Monday to Thursday with occasional Friday's

    • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1-2 year of experience is an asset
  • Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is an asset
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
